19 Jul Cherry Bakewell Smoothie
If you love Bakewell tart, you are going to love this smoothie recipe! In fact, the photo doesn’t do it justice – it has all the flavours of the classic British tart, less the empty calories. This smoothie is packed full of healthy ingredients – cherries are a great source of antioxidants, and I’ve even sneaked a portion of spinach in to boost the nutrient content. Smoothies are the perfect way to start your day on a hot summer’s morning and they keep you fuller for longer, so get blending!
