About Me

Hi, I’m Kathie the founder of fit2go, for more than 20 years, I have been helping people to improve their fitness levels and lose weight through fitness classes, healthy eating and motivational advice.
My 20 plus year journey in the health and fitness industry first began in the 1990’s, when I started working for Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs. Since then, I’ve studied and completed numerous courses in exercise and nutrition.

 

I originally started fit2go as a personal training business and running club in 2006. Many years on and fit2go has evolved into a community of like-minded people looking to improve their fitness levels and general wellbeing.

 

My passion lies in helping people to improve their fitness levels, and achieve a sensible weight by following a healthy eating plan and an enjoyable exercise program, to create a healthier and happier lifestyle.
