Zumba is the Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness party. You don’t have to be a good dancer, you don’t have to remember the moves, just turn up and have fun!

Look better, feel better, dance better.

Zumba is a great way to keep fit, lose weight and tone up those muscles – all while having fun!

What is a Zumba Gold class with Kathie like?

Kathie’s Zumba Gold classes are specifically designed for those who are looking for a lower impact Zumba Fitness workout.  The movements are easy to follow, and are based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba Fitness class, including Latin-based salsa moves and a variety of rhythms and simple dance moves from around the world.

The classes are mixed ability with a fun and friendly atmosphere. They are suitable for active older adults, beginners, and people getting back into exercise. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level, and you can increase or decrease the intensity of the exercise by making your movements bigger or smaller.

The class is approximately 50 minutes long including a warm up and cool down. The movements focus on improving cardiovascular ability, strength and co-ordination.

Pay-as-you-go classes, no need to book! Just turn up and dance! You will need to wear exercise clothing, fitness trainers and bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
