What is WalkFit?
WalkFit is a fun, easy to follow indoor group fitness class to music.
It’s great for active seniors or beginners to exercise.
The movements are based around walking , and the variations of walking, incorporating a few simple aerobic moves.
The idea is to get as many steps in as possible!
The class is approximately 45 minutes long – we will be stepping to the beat for around 30 minutes, then incorporating some simple standing toning exercises, we will finish off with a few stretches.
My classes are run weekly and are £6 per session, pay as you go.

It’s advisable to wear comfortable clothing such as leggings, T-shirt and workout trainers to the class. Also, bring a bottle of water with you!
