ZOOM CLASSES

 

My community classes are currently suspended due to restrictions, I hope to be back up and running as soon as restrictions are lifted – possibly mid May/June.

Until then…

 

Join me online for the following Live Zoom Classes – if you can’t make the time, you can do it on the replay, which is sent out after the class.

 

CLASS, DAY & TIME DESCRIPTION
Pilates Intervals
Tuesday 10am – 11am
£6.00 per class
Mixed ability standing & mat based Pilates exercises. The main part of the class will be interval based – 1 minute on each exercise with a 30 second recovery. Modifications are given throughout the class.
Chair Based Pilates
Tuesday 2pm – 3pm
£6.00 per class
Standing and seated Pilates Intervals exercises using the chair for support.
Zumba Mixed Ability
Thursday 2pm – 3pm
£5.00 per class
Dance along to a mix of world rhythms with easy to follow routines. Keep it low impact or chose to add more intensity.

 

Classes are payable in advance – discount is available for multiple class bookings.
