The ChiRunning technique has helped thousands of runners improve their running form – reducing and preventing injuries, while decreasing recovery time. Runners of all ages and levels have improved their efficiency and performance, and now find their running to be pain-free, easier and more enjoyable.


Pilates exercises help to improve posture, body alignment, and core strength, helping you to achieve a more aligned running posture. Pilates also helps to lubricate the joints, increase the range of motion and improve balance, overall helping you to move more freely and become a stronger and more efficient runner.

What Is Chi Running?


Chi Running is a mindful approach to moving, and helps to make running more enjoyable, while improving mental focus and body sensing skills.

It teaches you to align and relax your body, creating a stable support base, while letting go of unnecessary tension, minimising wasted energy and reducing the risk of potential injury from overuse.

In Chi Running, you focus on moving from your centre, and co-operating with gravity, shifting more of the workload toward your core muscles and allowing your legs to work less.

It doesn’t matter what age or level of runner you are, ChiRunning will help you to build the foundations of a great running technique.


One 2 One Coaching


My One 2 One Chi Running coaching sessions will help you to improve your running technique and reduce the risk of injury.

Before our sessions, I will ask you to video yourself running, then upload it to me (full instructions of how to do this will be provided). I will then observe and analyse your current running form, and provide you with feedback and recommended improvements.

I will then teach you the basic techniques over two sessions, and provide you with a tailored programme of focuses, to use in your weekly runs, helping you to improve your technique.


The cost is £90 for 2 sessions (2.5 hours in total), this includes the video analysis.

Additional One2One sessions are priced at £35.00 per hour. Alternatively, book a block of 4 sessions for £130.00.
