14 Aug Pilates – The Italian Villa, Compton Acres
This mixed ability Pilates class is run weekly from 9:30am to 10:30am – Tuesdays at the Italian Villa, Compton Acres, Poole.
We start with a 10-minute standing, functional pilates warm-up designed to mobilise the joints, increase range of movement, improve posture and balance. The main part of the class is mat based, and you will be guided through a series of Pilates exercises designed to tone and strengthen the body. We then finish off with a cool down stretch.
Please bring your own mat!
This class must be booked and paid for monthly in advance – £8.00 per session x number of weeks in month.
