17 Oct New Zumba Gold Class – St Ambrose Church Hall, Westbourne

This Zumba Gold class is run weekly from 2:30pm to 3:30pm on Wednesdays at St Ambrose Church Hall in Westbourne.

This is a low impact dance fitness class for active older adults and beginners to exercise. The dances are based on world rhythms such as; pop, salsa, reggaeton and latin dance. You don’t have to be a good dancer, just have fun with the movements!

Due to limited places, this class must be booked in advance – the cost is £6.00 per class X number of weeks in the month paid in advance, or £8.00 per individual class.
